Your Time for Goals

Not everyone swings the lead. As a coach who understands that real life can get in the way, let’s try to understand this. There are those who put so much time in to family and other good works they are exhausted. Then there are those who eat every meal while working on a mobile device of some sort. They think they are doing their best – and for the moment they are, but what they need to do is draw a line.

Do not eat while using a computer, or any other mobile device.

Do not hurry your meal. Sit do not stand when doing this. Never take calls or messages at this time, ever.

Get some exercise away from televisions and other devices. Give your mind a rest.

Learn when to say no and stick to it.

Exercise an absolute limit on the time you work until.

Make others aware that this is not up for discussion.

Everyone will tell you it’s urgent. Isn’t it always! Are their feet on fire?

Can you smell smoke?

Don’t get sucked in by those who need to be gently educated that your time is valuable and you have a right to some of it for you.

Now, let’s look at how you spend your time 🙂
